Blooming lakes

Time series of a Chlorophyll index and a Cyanobacteria Index for seven Greek lakes, derived from Sentinel-3 satellite images of the European Space Agency's Copernicus Programme, from January 2017 onwards. The data are updated from time to time and can serve as a tool for monitoring blooming events in lakes.
